Purple Snow

Beautiful maps from www.cliffmass.blogspot.com

It's shaping up to be another epic Gunnar Hagen this weekend!  With snow levels flirting with 8,000 feet all week and pass temperatures warm during the day and cold at night, Robert has been tweeting about the ice at Cabin Creek and the difficult time he's having grooming it.

No worries; according to the exciting maps above, that gorgeous swoosh of purple means a big fat snowstorm is looking likely to hit the mountains on, you guessed it, Sunday -- Gunnar Hagen day!  The GH is famous for wild and crazy conditions, making for great stories to tell for the next year, and this year looks like no exception.

Wax 'em up! (And don't forget to pre-register!)
